A business lockout costs you more than time. Staff stand outside, deliveries wait, and customers go elsewhere. Locksmith Knights opens business doors in Raleigh and across Wake County at any hour, including nights, weekends and holidays.

We work on shops, offices, restaurants, warehouses, medical suites, storage units, desks and file cabinets.

What we open

  • Storefront and office entry doors
  • Back doors, loading doors and gates
  • Storage units and utility rooms
  • Interior office doors, desks and file cabinets
  • Doors with stuck, broken or jammed locks
  • After-hours lockouts when an alarm or key holder cannot be reached

How it works

  1. Call and tell us what kind of door and lock it is.
  2. We confirm you are authorized to have the door opened, usually by checking ID or a lease or ownership document.
  3. We open the door with non-destructive methods first so it can be used again right away.
  4. If the lock is damaged, we repair, rekey or replace it the same visit.

Why the authorization check

Any reputable locksmith will ask who you are and why you can enter the space. It protects the building owner and tenants, and it protects you.

Prevent the next lockout

If keys keep getting lost, ask about master key systems so managers carry one key for their areas, or keypad entry so there are no keys to lose.

Questions we hear

Can you open a storage unit I rent?

We can open a unit that you rent and can show a lease or account for. Facility managers may need to be informed.

Will you damage the door?

We try non-destructive entry first. If the lock is already broken, we repair or replace it.

Do you work after hours?

Yes. We answer around the clock.
